2019/2020 RENTAL RATES
Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Units (Water and Trash included)
*Up to Two Occupants.........$1750/month + $2400 Security
*Three Occupants..................$2400/month+ $3100 Security
*Four Occupants.....................$3000/month + 3700 Security

Fully completed applications and co-signer forms must be received and approved by Cal Park Apartments before a unit can be reserved. Reservation of a unit also requires a $1,500 prepaid rent installment. Occupancy can begin when the first month rent, the full security deposit is paid, and a completed lease is signed.
All leases begin on July 1st and will be for 51 weeks. First floor leases will end on June 20th, second floor leases end on June 20th, and third floor leases end on June 25th.
Rent is due the first day of the month. Rent not paid by close of business on the fifth day of the month is subject to a $75 Late Fee, and returned checks are subject to a penalty fee. CHECKS MUST BE MADE OUT TO CAL PARK APARTMENTS.
On site parking is available, but not guaranteed. Two parking permits are issued for each two bedroom unit. Please note that the number of permits issued does exceed the actual number of parking spaces available.
PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED AT CAL PARK APARTMENTS.
